Healing: What is it and who is it for?

Embarking on a healing journey is a commitment to unraveling the layers of our subconscious minds, peeling back the beliefs and programs that have been ingrained in us since childhood. In this blog, we'll explore what healing truly means and who it is for, shedding light on the messy and transformative process that goes beyond surface-level practices. (Also, if you prefer to hear these words in video - skip to the bottom!)

Understanding Healing

Healing, at its core, involves reconciling the beliefs we were raised with against what we now know to be true and authentic for ourselves. The subconscious mind, a reservoir of childhood teachings and societal expectations, forms before the age of seven. These beliefs, often ingrained in statements like "children should be seen and not heard" or "money doesn't grow on trees," shape our perspectives on life, love, success, and more.

Who is Healing For?

Not everyone is ready for the profound work that healing entails. It's not just about the fun aspects, like tarot readings, crystal grids, or moon rituals. True healing requires a willingness to confront the messy, ugly, and scary aspects of our subconscious. It beckons us to strip away layers of identity and ego, taking a compassionate yet honest look at past experiences, trauma, triggers, and the deep-seated beliefs that no longer serve us.

Healing is available to everyone. It is always there, waiting for us. If you find yourself not enjoying life, struggling in your career, or unable to manifest desired outcomes, you may be on a quest for answers. But engaging in with healing is not for everyone. It took me a long time to learn this, but I have come to accept - Healing is for those who are genuinely ready to be healed, to dig deep into the roots of their beliefs and make lasting, transformative changes.

The Messiness of Healing

Healing isn't a quick fix or a set of affirmations. It can be scary. It's a messy process that invites us to go into the basement of our subconscious, clearing out the energetic baggage we've been hoarding. Whether you identify as an energy enthusiast, a witch, or someone curious about raising consciousness, healing demands a real, loving, and compassionate examination of where our beliefs originate.

The Impact on Manifestation

Our beliefs shape our reality, influencing our ability to manifest the lives we desire. If, for instance, deep-rooted beliefs about unworthiness or fear of success linger in the subconscious, they act as barriers to the manifestations we consciously seek. Creating an altar or performing a ritual may provide short-term results, but true healing involves clearing out and rewiring the subconscious programming that hinders us.

Commitment to the Journey

Real healing is for those who are committed, with eyes wide open to the challenging yet rewarding path ahead. It requires constant awareness of subconscious thoughts, a keen observation of the stories we tell ourselves, and a dedication to making small, microscopic changes. It's an ongoing journey that demands energy, conscious commitment, and the courage to face the discomfort of rewiring the mind.

In a world where healing is often misunderstood or overlooked, it's crucial to recognize that the journey goes beyond surface-level practices. Healing is for those who are ready to confront the uncomfortable truths, unravel the layers of the subconscious, and commit to a transformative process that leads to lasting change.
