What's your Vibe?

What is vibrational frequency and how can we uses it to our benefit? Vibrational frequency is the term used to describe the frequency in which everything in the universe vibrates. All living things emit a frequency, and from what I can tell, it is measure in MHz or Hz (Mega Hertz or Hertz). Even our very consciousness indicates the status of our vibe.


This chart by David Hawkins demonstrates the level of our consciousness vibe. According to him, most of operate between 150 and 200, as in "Just getting by."


These measurements also apply to our physical bodies. For example:

The normal brain is around 72 MHz

Pancreas 60-80 MHZ

We start to experience colds and flu if our frequency drops to 57-60MHZ

We can experience Cancer at 42 MHz

And death comes at 25 MHz


Food also has a vibe:

Fresh organic, farm raised food has a frequency of between 20-27 Hz

dried food around 15-22 Hz

and processed food offers a whopping 0Hz


Essential oils have a range of 52 MHz (Basil) to 320 MHz (Rose)! (Go buy yourself some roses today :) )


What's the Point?

Your vibration indicates how much vitality and happiness you will experience in your day and your life.

Feeling stressed, filling your mind with negative thoughts, or eating poorly for long periods of time, will lower your frequency, your vitality and your overall health.


What can you do right now to raise your vibration and keep it raised?

There are a range of things actually, such as

laughing,

talking to yourself positively,

exercising regularly for at least 30 minutes a day,

meditate,

eat whole foods that you make yourseslf, not from a box or a can or a frozen container,

try to use natural products and stay away from the chemical stuff

listen to upbeat music

reduce watching violent shows

reduce complaining

engage in breathwork

practice gratitude

use essential oils especially to prevent being sick. (But use essential oils correctly!)


A note on essential oils - I will be doing a longer piece on this because the way people are using these is very concerning, but in short: NEVER ingest oils or use them without diluting them. NEVER. I am a Certified Aromatherapist and before I got educated on oils I did both of these things. Let me tell you why it's a no-no. Although oils are natural, and work with subtle energies, they are none-the-less extremely potent. 1 drop of Peppermint is the equivalent of 28 cups of Peppermint tea. They are extremely concentrated. Anything that concentrated can cause sensitization. Proper use involves a diffuser or topical application after being diluted in a carrier oil like Olive il or Grapeseed oil or even Fractionated Coconut oil.
